Pet Peeves

Y'all I actually got up at 7:30am and walked my dog for the first time this week!!!! #Progress not #Perfection am I right??? And I now remember why I like waking up early and getting my day started because I'm just in the best mood and full of energy when I do.
Well, as I mentioned in yesterdays blog, I have all these ideas of things that I want to write about, but when I sit down to write, they just don't sound fun. But my life is pretty casual right now, so I have nothing like amazing and life giving and advice filled to spill out on this post SO I'm turning to one of my premeditated ideas . And the topic is... (drum roll please)...My pet peeves!!!
This is a lighthearted post, so I hope it doesn't come off as me just complaining. If anything, I hope y'all read some of my pet peeves and go "Oh my goodness SAME" and then silent laugh at your phone/computer screen :)
1. Slow walkers. Now I will admit that I tend to walk faster than the average human, so this is partly my own fault, but for real people, like don't you have somewhere to be??? Especially walking to class on a college campus where there are just so many people going every which way, it can be hard to navigate, so please please please just make it easier on everyone and walk a decent speed. WALK WITH A PURPOSE!! (That phrase has been yelled at me so many times by my dance coaches, so I think that's the reason why it's so instilled in me to walk quickly - if you're a dancer/cheerleader, you feel me lol)

2. Lots of noises going on at the same time. Okay, let me build the situation. You're sitting on the couch watching your favorite TV show, your mom's phone rings so she answers and starts talking, and then the dog sees a cat outside and starts barking up a storm. I want to scream typing this out right now oh my goodness I just can't handle all the noise at once. It's like all of it fills my brain, but there's not enough room for all of it so my brain explodes. Not even being dramatic.

3. This one is really random and really weird, and I don't really know if it's considered a pet peeve? BUT, I hate when I'm laying out on my belly on a beach towel on the sidewalk (wow how many times can I say "on"???) and my toe nails scrapes against the sidewalk. I don't know why, but it makes every inch of my skin CRAWL.

4. Radio static. or TV static. Just any static also makes my brain want to explode.

5. When easy things are hard. So let me build up a scenario for this one too. Maybe I have somewhere to be so I'm rushing out the door and as I'm locking up the house, my key gets stuck in the lock and I have to sit there aggressively wiggling it until it comes free. And then as I'm walking to the car, I drop my phone on the ground and as I bend to pick it up my waterbottle also falls out of my bag. I get to my car, try opening the door, realized it's locked, and then have to pull my keys out of my bag, but they get caught on three different things before I can finally unlock my car. Okay, now that was an extremely intense, made up story, but you get the idea. Just those days where every little thing goes wrong and everything is just harder than it needs to be. I really hope I'm not the only one who experiences those type of days. *laughing crying emoji, but mostly just crying emoji*

And that's all today folks!
Just Julia
