Candles & Bedside Tables

I have five days left in the month, aka five blogs left to do in order to complete this whole month of blogging, and I feel like I am out of words. I had a long list of blog ideas on my phone and I've done all of them. I processed through my worries in multiple posts. I've told you about all the good things in my life. I've given advice. I've told you random facts you never asked to know. I've talked about cereal. I've really done it all, so here I am, 27 days in, with no clue what to write about.
I guess my favorite thing to consume from others is just real life stuff. It sounds stalker-ish but I love hearing what someone did that day, what they're thinking, what's in their bag, what they had for breakfast. I couldn't tell you why I like that stuff, but it's just fun to see how other people live their life.
So real life content #1: This is where I'm currently laying while typing this out 👇🏼

I feel like I should explain why there's a towel on my bed 😂Jaxon loves to lay on my bed, but the dog slobbers, so we put a towel down to protect the comforter. It's also a new trend. Follow Joanna Gaines on Instagram and I'm SURE she'll be doing this same thing in the next few months 😉.
Real life content #2: This is what I'm currently thinking...
I've said both of these things before, but 1) I LOVE interior design, and 2) I'm moving into my first apartment this year so it's basically a match made in Heaven because I get to go all out on the home decor. Well, not really. I'm a broke college kid with taste of someone who has a six figure salary lol. There's this cute bedside table from Target that I've loved for over a year, but I've never had a reason to buy it, well I do now! But it's $70. Seventy dollars, really? Is that necessary? I'm trying to find ways to justify a $70 table, but I'm coming up short 😂

Another home item that I'm having a war with myself about is buying candles. They're just so cute, so cozy, and set the mood for a room like how could you not love them??? I wasn't allowed to have them in the dorm last year, and you know when you can't have something, you want it more? Yeah I feel that on a spiritual level, so having the freedom of burning candles this year is so exciting. Bath and Body Works is having a deal where you buy two candles, get two candles for free. COME ON! That's such a good deal, but it's still like $50 regardless, and in my eyes $50 could almost buy me that side table. And I would have a side table for a very long time, where a candle would burn out in a month's time. I mean I still have four candles sitting in my cart online, but I just haven't hit send yet because I'm still weighing my options.

I hope I'm not the only one who has full on wars with myself about what to spend my money on 😂Or puts this much thought and effort into home decor. I do the same with clothes. And skin care. And makeup. Okay literally everything.
Just, a slightly shopaholic, Julia :)
